"I believe this is the oldest hotel in Lourdes. The owners have done an incredible job of renovation. The attention to every detail from comfortable beds, beautiful bedding, amenities in the bathroom, a fantasticily gorgeous indoor, swimming, pool, and hot tub outside. The staff is obviously hand-picked for professionalism, extreme kindness cheerfulness. "A bit outdated but otherwise great place to stay: one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on, spacious room, big soft towels and friendly staff. Highly recommend!"

"We arrived around 18.30 greeted very well. No credit card facilities but the owner was very helpful and got things sorted. The cabin was warm and comfortable however no toilet rolls no towels not even a tea towel a coffee making machine but no kettle. The ladder for the bunk beds did not fit and would have slipped on the wooden floor if used. These missing details with 2 young children would have made all the difference. However overall a warm comfortable stay for one night."
