"I had a great stay but there were some little niggles, as the hotel has grown, it’s had to put policies in place and have different staff and that has led to less of a family feel. As a solo traveller, this made a big difference to me. I was made to feel the same as any other guest, and whilst this is nice for the other guests to not have favourites, after 10 visits I just expected a little more."

"One of the best hotels we stayed at. The staff is amazing especially Krissy who runs the hotel, she is very very caring of her customers. We got upgraded from the first day we got there which was very nice. When we got problem with the toilet they helped us right away and once again we got upgraded with a private pool room. As mentioned, the staff and especially Krissy was very caring of their customer. Overall a really nice hotel, pool area very calm and relaxing and the rooms are beautiful. "
