"The property needs maintenance, and next door neighbor started their construction at 5:30am which we cannot sleep duration of our stay. Cleaning per request and their towels and cleaning team dirty. It was a waste money to stay there, the girl who coordinate the place seems nice Thuy Nhu very helpful and great other than the place is low end. Will never stay there, rather be in hotel "

"The property and the location were excellent, I just have to mention a few repairs need to be made inside the apartment like some of the cupboard doors need repair, and the sink in the bathroom doesn't drain well, only minor things that need attention. Overall the apartment was comfortable, and location excellent, thank you!"

"Communication with this host was absolutely horrendous. Traveling to a foreign country you would hope communication of your stay would be set up with ease and comfortability for us as guest. The initial address that was listed on was not even the correct building name. Losing about two hours worth of time just to find this location was beyond terrible. Instructions were not given before or after. And having the property management, not sure what to do was left us very confused as well of who to...

"The following are broken in the apartment 1. Toilet seat is broken 2. Some drawers are broken The following are missing or not as posted 1. You cannot access the swimming pool or gym with the guest card. 2. 4 nights staying at the place, we ran out of soap, toilet papers and shampoo 3. There is a washing machine but there is no washing powder or detergent. 4. There is no dryer. 5. There is only 2 towel and one of them is stained. The only pro is the location is easy to locate."

"It is too dirty, pillowcases and bed sheets are filthy, with yellow stains and smell awful, itching causing me couldn't sleep. Restroom smell, molding, floor didn't mop. Called owner and maintenance staffs to request cleaning several times, They promised to come, but never showed up. It is very difficult to contact with the property owner, called them but they didn't pick up the phone. It is terrible communication. "

"Căn hộ sạch sẽ và ấm cúng, đầy đủ tiện nghi, chủ nhà hỗ trợ và trả lời nhanh. Vị trí trung tâm đi qua Landmark 81 rất gần, xung quanh có quán ăn và cửa hàng tiện lợi nhiều, bắt taxi cũng dễ dàng. Mình rất thích chỗ này, lần sau sẽ quay lại."

"I had an amazing stay at the Vinhomes Romantic apartment in HCMC. The place itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and comes with top-notch amenities—all at a very reasonable price. It’s only a 10–15 minute ride to District 1, which made getting around super convenient. An An was an exceptional host. She was responsive the entire time and went above and beyond to help us. When I accidentally left my elevator key in the room and got stuck in the stairwell at 4am, she didn’t hesitate to come help me and my partner—something I’m extremely grateful for. She also helped us find a great laundry service nearby. Service in Vietnam can sometimes be hit or miss, but An An’s dedication and care truly stood out. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Saigon!"
