"The pillows are old and smell, the bed sheets/blanket is old/yellow and and smell. They need to wash properly. The towers are very old and have yellow color. They need to replace. The AC in the bedroom is not cool. I low down to the lowest temperature but the room is not cool. It needs to repair. The bath room is dirty have a lot of stains on the wall and floor. "

"I paid the price to Expedia for the room. When I got to the hotel, I walked around for an hour in the rain with all my luggage to try and find the right building. When I found the right building, they told me they did not receive payment from Expedia so made me pay again for the room. "

"We were travelling without internet so did not get the self registration instructions but the girl at the front desk went above and beyond and got them for us. Amazing beds! Easy to get transportation right out front. Not as easy to use the pool (not possible when short stay) but relaxing to have a two bedroom where we could spend time with our friend while sitting on a couch. The room we got was not the one I booked but better view, great to get laundry done mid trip"
