"Wonderful stately hotel building and excellent servicel. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. We had a very comfortable stay with our dog in the Park area of the hotel. The swimming pool and spa area was lovely and the grounds around the hotel are of outstanding beauty. We ate at the Brasserie in the stable block. The food was delicious although quite pricey."

"What a little gem of a place to stay. Chris the landlord kept us well informed from the moment we booked and was always quick to reply to any query.
