"Beautiful hotel, amazing location- right in the heart of Oxford! Across the street from the Ashmolean museum, a short walk to most points of interest. Very walk-able! Only problem was that they had very little hot water- weirdly so. Cold showers ruined the experience. The staff was kind and helpful, except in the restaurant, where a simple meal took two hours due to the server leaving and not telling anyone. Very odd. Likely a fluke that won't happen again, but beware. The main hotel staff...

"Was here for a 2-night stay for work. Free parking on drive of property, take care coming out, as restricted view of road. Greeted by Sigrid who was pleasant and provided good local information.
