"The hotel is beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff at check-in. Modern appliances in the room. Got really sick from in room dining. Arrived late in the evening and ordered in-room dining since all the restaurants were closed. Food was delivered quickly. Butter-chicken, um ali, vegetable biryani. 4 hours later, I was vomiting profusely."

"The executive lounge was very nice to have for snacks during the day after sightseeing, the location next to the Kingdom Tower was also very nice and central. The staff was extremely friendly, the only downside was that there was no mixed gender use for the pool, but that is to be expected for the country. The breakfast was amazing and probably the best I’ve ever seen in the hotel."
