"Generally service was very good except the main staff were awful very slow and poorly poured drinks. Gym was awful, old and broken. Adult pool was closed and being filled two days, adult pool bar was always closed "

"A true treasure! Just outside the main hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. It was a 10 minute walk to the main square. The hotel itself was fabulous. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We were made to feel so at home. They made a huge effort for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The pool was a refreshing 28 degrees. The rooftop terrace was lovely to relax on. Breakfast was a feast well worth making time for and was from 8-11am. Dinner has a limited menu but filling after a busy day travelling. WiFi drops out at busy times so would not be worth trying to do work there. We will definitely return. "

Our driver was not only courteous but also very informative, sharing interesting facts about Marrakech during the ride. It felt like we had our own little tour guide! Every touch point from check in to making reservations, needing laundry service to getting us a cab, was thoughtful. The rooms were clean and the restaurants were excellent. "Our stay at riad Jona was fantastic! The staff were so welcoming and rooms were nice and clean. The location was perfect if you want a real experience in the Medina, and only 8 minute walk to Jema eflna. Get yourself some nice freshly squeezed juices. Restaurants and rooftops were only 5 minute walks from the Riad, with so many options! Staff also gave great recommendations and were so helpful. Thank you!!!"
