"It’s quiet. You can’t hear the loud ocean when the widnows are closed, unlike a couple other hotels I stayed at previously. The customer services are fantastic, and they are courteous and helpful, thoughtful. This quality is not found in many hotels these days. To compare my previous experience with one in San Diego, which is about the same level in terms of price, this is way way more pleasant to staying at."
