"Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. "We were upgraded to suites which was amazing and the biggest and most comfortable bed and great AC but be prepared, these rooms are above the REALLY LOUD NIGHT CLUB. The noise stopped at 5am. Hotel said they are working on sound proofing but the vibrations were awful. The pool area opens at 12pm so morning sunbathing doesn’t happen. It’s a new hotel and definitely has some teething problems. It’s also expensive. I wouldn’t go back but I did enjoy my stay. The managers are doing their best to...

So if you wanted a drink or something to eat, you had to go up to them, because they were either out of sight or not very productive.
