"The first night was a nightmare since there was nobody in the hotel to receive us. After two trips of 18 kilometers (one way) from Marrakech to the hotel, we finally gave up and booked ourselves for the night in Marrakech. "The gardens and the whole grounds were beautiful and filled with hidden surprises with rooms tucked away in all number of nooks and crannies amongst groves of scented bushes,roses,palms, herbs and cactuses etc etc. some areas were tired and definitely in need of repair but this did not destract from the charm and character of this wonderful retreat."
