The staff was wonderful and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. And the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious especially the strawberry waffles and ricotta pancakes. My only suggestion before staying there would be to map walkable dining options (Particularly breakfast) Be realistic. Where are you going to eat? Might want to stop at a grocery store and make use of the full kitchen -even for a short stay. After full days of exhausting sightseeing, the walk from Tokyo Station felt really long. Awesome hotel.
