"Hotel was lovely. Restaurant and bars were very nice and had a good vibe. Rooms were nice and clean. Dog was allowed everywhere so could sit in restaurant at dinner etc. would return if staying in Rotterdam. Bus stop very close to hotel, so good transport links to the centre."

"A very nice hotel, very friendly staff and a fantastic choice for breakfast. The one negative point is the lack of telling new guests about the ‘correct’ use of the room card, with reference to use at the elevators and also at your room door. Otherwise all a big 👍 😎 🙏"

"Very good. Nice hotel, location in a smart area very quiet though the metro or tram seems to go underneath which is quite loud first and last thing at night. There’s a food hall just opposite with a range of options. Food options in the hotel only open until 9.30 and no room service option after that. Excellent views from the terrace on the 7th floor. "

"Overall very nice hotel, spacious well designed rooms. Only comment is their terribly customer service, which is half automated with pre-checkin and pre-authorisation on creditcard, only to have to do it all again when arriving at the hotel. One or the other should suffice."
