The only issue was that we booked for Beach Bay but didn’t get to stay at the hotel we originally booked. We showed up and they had already closed for the season, but we never received any message from Hotels.com about it. There was definite confusion at the beginning, but they got us in at their sister hotel which was beautiful. "

Dinner is ok but would suggest eating out locally instead. Spa is nice and massage was good, although treatment not exactly as described on the menu. If WiFi is important to you.
