"A lot of these reviews made me worried about booking this hotel but everything was proven to be wrong based off my experience! The lady was very very kind and welcoming to us and didn’t bother us at all. Only thing to keep in mind is it’s a lot of stairs to get to the hotel from the main port of Hvar. I was sweating so much and was exhausted when bringing all my bags but it was all worth it for the view our balcony had! "

"Villa Mediterranea is well positioned in Bol - midway between town and main beach. Rooms and beds are comfortable with efficient air-condioning. Staff pleasant and helpful. Pool area is pleasant but small but the local beach is fine and a few mins away. Sunbeds 20 euros per day each. Bol itself is a lovely unspoilt town."

"Villa Basca is a beautiful Villa. Very new, modern and comfortable. The owner was such a great host. He helped us with our luggages upon arrival, he brought me to the pharmacy when he found out I have skin allergy. He constantly make sure that we are comfortable staying at his property. The property is just steps away from the beach area. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Highly recommended, cannot ask for a better place to stay. "We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms have been recently refurbished so are fantastic, and the restaurant is well known on the island as a great place to eat. Only 12 rooms means it’s quiet by the pool and you can always get a lounger, and the breakfast is quality and HUGE - we didn’t need it every day. Thank you!"
