"On the whole good. Room with three people staying but only two mugs/glasses provided. Tea/coffee/biscuits not replaced when room serviced. Shower dripped, bath plug not working properly. Selection of available on tap beers in bar was poor. Guinness and Worthington both not on. "

"We stayed for one night as we had a concert in Sheffield city centre. The hotel and room itself were very clean and the room had everything we needed - including bath robes which we weren’t expecting! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great - we both had eggs Benedict and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Went away for my birthday. Plans were cancelled due to bad weather. Facilities brilliant. The staff went above and beyond and were amazing and made our stay even better. The food is nice but a bit expensive. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. "
