"The rooms were large with comfortable beds. While breakfast is included, they also gave us a free cocktail every day, one dinner for two and a foot massage in their spa. We loved the rooftop bar. The hotel is close to dozens of restaurants and you can walk to many attractions. Shopping is very close by as well. The staff are excellent and attentive to your needs throughout the property. I'd definitely stay here again. "

"Quiet, clean room on 5th floor with a window but no view but didn’t expect this, it had good natural light. Nice firm comfy bed and decent bathroom and shower just bit awkward getting behind the door to access the toilet. Free room mini bar was included consisted of soft drinks and beer, wine extra but it was a nice gesture. Also some credit we could use at the sky bar along with free afternoon tea each day but only used once sandwich, fruit and cake plus tea or coffee. Didn’t use the pool as...

We were charged for a private tour when we asked for a group tour (double the cost)"

"I highly recommend Oackwood Residence Saigon. The staff at the front desk are wonderful. The rooms are well equipped and extremely clean. The restaurant on the ground floor is lovely. My only complaint is that the restaurant serves vegetarian dishes during the day but not in the evening - which seems very odd if you want a vegetarian meal in the evening. Luckily the Oakwood is near a good shopping mall that has a great pizza restaurant with lots of vegetarian options. Check in and Check...

"Wonderful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. 5 minute walk to Ben Thanh market. Breakfast and afternoon tea was amazing. Would definitely stay again if we come back to HCM. My only complaint would be the stairs into the hotel, very steep."

"Hotel position was great, we were able to walk to all the attractions in less than 20 mins. We were on the 2nd floor and you could clearly hear the road noise. Would be better is they triple glazed windows. Air con was good and went to 16°. Staff were excellent and room was always made up quickly. Breakfast was good lots of choice and the coffee was offered hot or chilled. Would stay again."
