"The "Novetel" Hyatt Regency was excellent service, food, room. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star across is that there clearly was a mold problem in the gym and pool areas. I know that mold is hard to control in humid countries - but it surprised me the extent to which it could be seen (including attempts to cover it up with paint). If you have respiratory issues, allergy to mold, not good idea for prolonged stay. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. "

"The hotel shows signs of aging, but kudos to the team for excellent maintenance. The self-service laundry, located on level 5 alongside the gym and water cooler, has multiple washers and dryers, which is very convenient. The room is very spacious, and I loved the free movies provided. The location is a bit far from the train station, and navigating the pedestrian sidewalks with luggage can be challenging, though this is not the hotel's fault. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!"
