"What a great hotel. I booked one night here so I could be closer to the airport before flying out. I imagine many guests who stay here are using the same strategy. None the less the hotel is a brief walk from the HSR & Airport MRT station. There is also a hotel shuttle that you can contact staff for the schedule. I was able to check-in early and was given an upgrade from the twin room I had booked. The room was spacious, clean and the TV was huge. I was able to stream/cast whatever program I wanted. With a lovely deep soaking bathtub I was able to take a relaxing bath before bed. If you choose to not eat at one of the hotel restaurants; there are MANY options either downstairs in the building attached to the cinema or one of the restaurants scattered throughout the outlet mall. Would definitely stay here again!"

"At the time of stay it was free to travel to and from the Airport Metro to this stop. Other than the hotel there is nothing nearby. The biggest problem with the hotel was I booked it when it was A Novotel, we spent five minutes looking for a hotel that doesn't exist, as the hotel didn't bother to contact guests in advance of the change. "
