"Ollie was fantastic during my check in process! The only thing to consider when staying here is the noise. Due to no air con in the room, you have to leave the windows open. Cuba street is ver noisy. I had ear plugs, but if i didnt id be frustrated. Bed was very comfy, bathroom was a good setup, price was good. "

"Found it very hard to find parking near the hotel. Initial check in was very confusing as to what floors to go to for meals and access to shopping centre. A map of the city would have been great. Particularly finding the ferry terminal for transferring to the South Island. "
