"The after hours check in process was good and the room smelt a little funny but probably the cleaning product that was used. Room was clean and comfortable but some of the fittings in the bathroom were broken or damaged such as the towel rail with still bits stuck in the wall and gave the impression of tiredness and not caring. Did the job I needed and close to airport so wasnt unsatisfied."

"I've stayed here a few times, as it's close to my mother's home. Convenient to Westfield. This time I stayed in a King: loved it, level 7, quiet and felt safe. Shower took full 10 minutes to warm up, so there's not great hot water system. Not great halving a cold shower when rooms are pricey."
