"The hotel has a great location—close to everything, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room was very dusty and had the musty feel and smell of an old building. My partner and I were sneezing constantly during our stay. We didn’t report it since we were out all day sightseeing and only came back to sleep, usually too tired to deal with the issue. We stayed for two nights, but based on the room condition, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again."

"Very clean and spacious room and good customer service, however we experienced a few issues. Firstly, the rooms are noisy as they partition wall and ceilings seems thin and/or not properly sound proofed. We were hearing noise from both neighbours and room at the top level. Secondly, our package included breakfast, and we were not happy as it was not to the standard of a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was Alacarte with limited options. "Loved this accomodation, this was the end of a 3 week road trip for us and we felt like we ended in style. The bed was super comfy and the balcony was a good size. The furniture was comfortable and looked good as well. There was a washing machine and dryer and a small kitchen with everything you need, including a full size fridge.
