There was no option for house cleaning and our trash overloaded for two nights. It would’ve been nice to be able to Empty the trash or have a bigger trashcan."

"The room cleanliness was great. Breakfast was ok. The condition of the bathroom and doors was not great. We had trouble with the door lock from the beginning of our stay. We ended up getting locked out of our room because the key no longer worked and the Master key didn’t work either. The engineer had to be called and we were stuck waiting for us to get into our room. The battery in the door lock device needed to be changed. Shouldn’t that be on a maintenance schedule? "
