"Comfy, lovely hotel within a short walk from the centre, facing park area. Pros: Excellent breakfast and reception service. Gorgeous scented toiletries and very comfy bed. Great gardens for a sundowner. Car parking 2 min walk away (no charge from 6pm - 8am). Cons: Bar closed early at 23:00, in fact as soon as we walked in! Walls could do with a bit of soundproofing (could hear guests speaking next door although not too intrusive, I always bring ear plugs to hotels anyway). Milk and coffee...

"It was a fantastic family trip! Excellent location. Kind and attentive staff. Lovely, unique and clean room with a patio door opening onto the garden. Had a calm and pleasant atmosphere throughout. Really nice leisure facilities (number limited which meant a leisurely and relaxing time, even with children). Fresh and tasty breakfast in a dining room that had a lovely ambience. We’ll definitely be back! "

"Nish was a great host and welcomed us really nicely. Room was lovely, breakfast was nice, although the ingredients of the omelette were layered on the egg rather than in the egg. Swimming pool was small and packed. Parking price was extortionate - park opposite in a side road. Close to everywhere in Cambridge. "
