"Wonderful place to stay with quick walking access to most of Newport. It's a quite and safe neighborhood. The porch was a wonderful place to spend our evenings relaxing. Charles was an excellent host, one of my all-time favorites. He offers up great conversation, excellent recommendations, and some good food as well. "We liked the location of this property- right on Thames Street and within walking distance of the Newport sites. It was also very quiet at night and I slept like a rock! We appreciated the full kitchen and washer/dryer, complimentary beach towels, and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. We would definitely stay there again!"

"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound.
