"A World Class Hotel! Everything was so great! I had breakfast there in the restaurant and food and service were amazing!"

"We enjoyed this hotel, location, and in/out parking using valet. Check-in was a bit slow but busy times. Our room was quite hot when we checked in and called for maintenance which did work on the furnace/heater. It did help but we could never get the room cool enough for our comfort. Overall a good experience at this hotel."

"Buffalo Thunder was Wonderful New Years Eve in 2015 and again on Christmas Vacation in 2024. I know this may not be mentioned enough but Maid Service was Excellent! (And Very Much Appreciated) The only negative was All Front Desk personnel were Non-Smiling and Non-Welcoming at Check In and Check Out. Otherwise, Buffalo Thunder is a Wonderful Resort. "I've stayed here before -- you stay for the location! Rooms are VERY small. Bed was comfortable, but carpet was a bit worn out. Bathroom was so small you can't access the shower stall if the door is open. Pros: Great location. Super walkable to the downtown core. The lobby sofas are a great location to sit by the fireplace and read a book or chat with friends outside the very small room. Cons: They charge a $30 nightly "amenity fee" even though there is no gym, spa, or pool on site. (They say...
