We received all the information we needed to access the property before we got there, and if we had needed anything, it would have been easy to get in touch with the owner. "Washer and dryer were broken before we arrived. Shower handle broke off. Major cracks in kitchen sink and floor. Great location. Nice layout. Just needs quite a bit of work and was advertised as having two full baths and a washer/dryer. Only one shower in the unit. "
