"Unfortunately, very disappointing. From the white dog hair covered floors.. to the dishes with old food on them.. and the rotten plywood laid freely around the balcony.. just a hazard. I vacuumed and bought a mop during our family weekend getaway… We definitely left it cleaner than we found it. More stressful than relaxing. "

"My family and I absolutely loved our stay! We loved everything about it! The house was clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. We were also impressed with the clean and quiet neighborhood and how close we were to the beach. All of this for a great price as well! We are definitely making plans to stay here again. "

"Piper's was such a sweet little beach cottage for getting away from the world for a weekend. It immediately felt like a familiar place for sitting, talking, cooking together, hanging out, and just relaxing and living life at a slower pace for a few days. We loved our stay and hope to be back again soon. "

"Good overall; fully stocked with beach stuff and necessities. The bottom floor was helpful but TV didn’t work, which we had to work out. Another TV in the master would have been perfect. The board games and fire pit was good for out doors and smores. Check in and check out was easy and the ownership communication was top Tier. well.The bottom Floor was damp. The distance to the beach was good and the deck was a good place to see the view. I would recommend for a small family trip."

"We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. We also appreciated the prompt help upon arrival to the property when we had a code snafu. The neighborhood is quite and easily accessible to the beach. The go-cart rental was definitely a must! It was nice to have be far enough out of the city limits to find a quiet neighborhood and not crowded beaches. Yet, we could easily get to town for dinner!"

"This home was pretty clean. It’s a super close drive to beach (about 1 min) & if you were to walk maybe 7 min. There’s no permit needed to park on the beach which was nice. It’s the 2nd row back from beach & has a great view. The kitchen is very well stocked. They have lots of games & puzzles available. It’s about 30 min away from downtown area. This was our 2nd time coming here & we’ll be back. "

"We had a very nice stay. The water was beautiful and the beach was very nice. The beach in front of the house does not allow vehicles to park, so it was almost empty. The home was great and very nice. Only complaint is there are pictures of a nice charcoal grill, so we thought we would be able to have a few grilled meals while there. However, guests are not allowed to use the grill."

"Very clean property. Well stocked and furnished by the owners. Bay Views are incredible. Peek-a-boo ocean view. Yards are perfect for kids and dogs. Can’t beat the location. Much more than your typical vacation rental. "

"I planned a family vacation so my grand kids could see the ocean and visit my sister. I wanted a place where we could walk right out to the beach and this place was it! We had a blast . They didn’t get in until late at night so they didn’t see the ocean till the next day when they woke up, it was priceless. Go out make memories, life is too short."

"We loved the house! There was a lot of room to spread out and the hosts thought of everything you may need. I would suggest having someone change the AC filter, it looked really dirty."
