"Property and location was beautiful, very quiet and staff were very friendly and helpful. I don’t, however, think that bookings should be taken for 2 adults and 1 child in the standard room, one king size bed, with 2 mattresses forming it so there is a seam down the middle made for a very poor quality sleep with two adults and a 12 year old in the one bed! Took dog with us, struggled with there being no garden or grassy area at all within the hotel grounds! Would stay again, but not in the same...

"Great location and staff very helpful and friendly. There was a wedding happening whislt we stayed there and apart from seeing the bride and groom doing their photos we didnt even know a wedding was happening. Nice countryside walk into Thame as well. If i had to find issues then the room could have done with some complimentary water and dressing gowns though which was a bit of a surprise considering we were in a suite and the cost of it. Car park is a bit of a walk if its raining. However...

"Lovely hotel for spa, gym, games room and games area. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff really helpful. Clean. The classic doubles are small and not really big enough for 2 adults to move comfortably around. Shouldn't have to upgrade for this. The bed was bouncy and tended to slant based on heavier person. Also standard double so again cosy for a 4 star hotel. Investment needed in beds. Double room could have been better. Twin Room was fabulous. Much bigger to accommodate 2 people. Twin sinks. "

"Fantastic stay from start to finish, free parking on site which was great for us. Staff were friendly and helpful, only stayed for 2 nights but were given fresh towels on our second day which was amazing. Lovely walk along the river into the centre (note it does take 35-40 minutes). "
