"IMMACULATE, squeaky clean room!! Room was snug; small but well organized. Bed was very comfortable, linens pristine. No AC that we could find but fine for Oct. Shower had good water pressure but glass shield only 1/2 way so water all over the floor. (As Americans we remain puzzled by these 1/2 walls and yearn for a full shower door!!) "Great Hotel (on the German side) with excellent location and tram stop 50m away. Hotel management needs to put more effort in signs and directions as it's one of the toughest hotel to locate inside the building. It's so dark and you can hardly read signs (nothing in English). Once located it's a great clean property with big rooms. I have given 4 stars purely due to poor signs. Also you need to carry your passport around as I got stopped by German police inside the tram travelling from Swiss...
