" Great Stay with a Few Minor Issues I had a great stay at Hollywood Casino Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was amazing—definitely a highlight of the room. "I liked the Vintage look of how the Hotel rooms are. Service just wasn’t that great! My Husband and I decided to do a staycation for our bday which happens to be a day apart. The ball was dropped in a few areas. For starters we never got our “Welcome” Champagne until the day we were leaving. They don’t tell you that if you’re not a member it’s a fee of $25 to stay at the Hotel. Valet is $35, yet the day we checked out my Husband had to go to the garage and get the Truck himself.
