"Front desk staff were lovely , helpful and talkative which is always a nice start , breakfast was good and easy , my only issue with my room was we were given a wheelchair friendly room so Shower , Toilet and Sink were very low down which was a bit of an issue but other than that our stay was great !! "Nice apartment with easy access to central London, however it was advertised as sleeping 5 people in 2 double beds and one sofa bed. On arrival it was evident that there was no sofa bed. On contacting the owner we were told that the 5th person should sleep on the sofa with a pillow off one of the existing beds and a thin throw blanket that was provided. This was wholly unsuitable and my teenage daughter got very little sleep throughout our 2 night stay. I requested a refund of the cost of one...

"Very modern and new building. Facilities available are first class. Without a car, public transport was priority one snd being only a few minutes walk from a railway station sealed the deal. Also 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk was very helpful. Would stay there again"
