"Overall acceptable, rooms nice and beds comfortable, pillows a little too squishy. Bathroom dilapidated with shower gel bottle detached from the wall and quite a few spots of black mould in the grouting. Breakfast was good, excellent choice of continental and cooked items and for once a decent hotel coffee. Men’s toilets near breakfast area needs work and toilet rolls just placed on the floor. I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay again."

"Nice apartment with easy access to central London, however it was advertised as sleeping 5 people in 2 double beds and one sofa bed. On arrival it was evident that there was no sofa bed. On contacting the owner we were told that the 5th person should sleep on the sofa with a pillow off one of the existing beds and a thin throw blanket that was provided. This was wholly unsuitable and my teenage daughter got very little sleep throughout our 2 night stay. I requested a refund of the cost of one...

"Very modern and new building. Facilities available are first class. Without a car, public transport was priority one snd being only a few minutes walk from a railway station sealed the deal. Also 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk was very helpful. Would stay there again"
