"the hotel was lovely the only thing that let it down was the view there wasn't any you looked out on to a brick wall also the mountains of bird Poo outside the window was disgusting so you could not open it spoke to them at reception and they said its the look of the Draw which was terrible it is a health Hazard such a shame as a nice Hotel and the Staff were amazing especially the young Dark haired girl from Yorkshire she was a joy also a good roof top Bar "

"I stayed 1 night for work, the place was tidy and clean, I was in a room at the front of the property so could hear road traffic. It wasn’t too noisy. Kitchen area was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable. Parking only for 5 vehicles if people park correctly. I would stay again as it’s good location for travel to the centre of Lincoln isn’t to far away. But its convenient for my work place when I’m in Lincoln. "

"Booked myself and my black Labrador in for 3 nights. Spacious room, nice decor and very clean. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. The full English breakfast was spot on with good quality items. "What I particularly liked and the primary reason I booked a stay at this B&B was the proximity to the village of Spridlington. A 3 mile country road walk to the church where some of My ancestors are buried. The bonus was how welcoming the hosts were providing a hardy breakfast each morning and friendly chats. The en suite room was very comfortable and quiet."
