I've contacted them, after my stay, about my receipt and even though Hotels.com made it kind of difficult for us to contact directly, they manage to help me right away. We enjoyed our breakfasts at the hotel and were pleased to discover meals at the nearby brew pub. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well-appointed. The absolute best though was when we couldn’t get a taxi, reception called the hotel owner who drove us to our next destination - above and beyond good service!!"
