Really happy with good service and great accommodation
This cozy holiday home with gorgeous interior, attending to a lot of details was a great weekend stop over. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and more. Great location with easy access to cycle routes. It didn’t demper our holiday, but we there were a lot of flies in the house even with keeping the doors closed. Thanks for a great stay.

Undichtes Dach, Schimmel und Schmutz
Die Unterkübft ist grundsätzlich für 3-4 Personen geeignet. Die Einrichtung ist nett. Die Lage ok. Kein Parkplatz am Haus sonder außerhalb des Ferienpark-Geländes. Dach war leider undicht. Im ganzen Haus hängt ein muffeliger Geruch, der sich auch durch Lüften nicht beheben ließ. Überall im Haus sind Luftentfeuchter-Kästen aufgestellt. Aufgrund Schimmel fällt teilweise der Putz ab. Boden klebte teilweise. Überall waren Hundehaare (wir selbst sind keine Hundebesitzer). Schade. Hatten uns sehr auf unseren Holland-Urlaub gefreut. Rückabwicklung mit Vermieterin lief ok.

Chalet ligt centraal in Noord-Holland waardoor je vrij snel naar omliggende stadjes en de zee kunt gaan. Mooie streek, lekker gegeten, vooral in Egmond aan Zee maar zeker ook in "the Irish Pub in Oude Niedorp.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles ist gemütlich eingerichtet , auch für unseren Hund war der eingezäunte Garten super. Die Anlage ist herrlich ruhig. Der Ausblick ins Grüne wunderbar. Immer wieder gern, vielen Dank dafür

Kleines Haus in toller ruhiger Lage
Wir haben dieses Haus mit 2 Erwachsenen plus Hund gemietet, mehr sollten es auch nicht sein! Die Lage ist super, in einem ruhigen Ferienpark ohne Autos und Blick auf die Weiden! Grössere Städte wie Alkmaar waren in einer guten halben stunde zu erreichen genau wie die Nordsee! Der Garten ist eine kleine grüne Oase mit genügend Schattenplätzen! Für die Hunde stand ein großes Körbchen zur Verfügung! Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern im 1.Stock! Nachteilig war das extrem kleine Bad mit einem schlechten Ablauf der Dusche, da sollte das Gefälle erneuert werden, nach 2maligem duschen ist sonst der ganze Raum unter Wasser obwohl wir ständig den Ablauf gesäubert haben! Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen! Vielen Dank

Wir waren 6 Tage in diesem niedlichen Häuschen.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Leider riecht es eine wenig mufffig in dem Haus, trotzt dauerhaften Lüften leider nicht weg zu bekommen. Das Problem scheint aber beim Eigentümer bekannt,da dort Raumentfeuchter aufgestellt sind.Den Geruch nimmt man dennoch mit nach Hause.... Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Wir haben uns wohl sehr gefühlt. Gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße aus dem Rheinland

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Häuschen. Es ist sehr sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit vielen tollen Details. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünschen übrig. Der Sonnenuntergang lässt sich direkt durchs Wohnzimmer beobachten. Es liegt sehr ruhig an einem kleinen See. Zur Nordsee fährt man ca 20 Minuten, nach Amsterdam ca 40 Minuten. Nach Rotterdam und Den Haag ist man ungefähr eine Stunde unterwegs, aber auch die nähere Umgebung besticht durch wunderschöne kleine Ortschaften, die zum schlendern einladen. Der Aufenthalt hat die Niederlande zu unserem neuen Urlaubslieblingsland gemacht.

Entspanntes Ostern 2024 zum runter kommen
Wetter durchwachsen, das Häuschen dafür gemülich (in einer gepflegten, ruhigen Ferienanlage) und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wirklich schön. Es war alles vorhanden, was man im täglichen Leben so braucht. Wir haben und rundum wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir hatten bestes Sommer-Wetter und konnten sogar am Strand im Meer baden. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und angenehm ruhig. Die Ruhe ist wirklich total entspannend. Leider mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt verkürzen und schon früher als geplant wieder nach Hause fahren, sonst hätten wir zwei volle Wochen in der schönen Wohnung verbracht.

Nordholland zum Genießen
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen u. auch unsere Fellnase hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert u. auch ein kleineres Problem mit der Waschmaschine wurde schnell u. pragmatisch gelöst. Wohnung ist ein idealer Standort um Nordholland zu entdecken. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!!!

Nach 5 Tagen des grauens abgereist. Eigentlich wären es 14 Tage gewesen.
Traumatisch, Ekelerregend, Stress pur. FeWo-direkt.de meldet sich auf alle Mails und Anrufe nicht. Habe keine Möglichkeit die verlorenen Urlaubstage, und due Folgekosten einzuklagen. Es bleibt uns nur der Weg über den Anwalt. FeWo-direkt.de ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Gemütliches Häuscjhen
Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll und charmant eingerichtet, so dass wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und mit dem eingezäunten Garten war es perfekt für uns und unsere Hunde. Da in der Anlage keine Autos erlaubt sind konnten wir unsern Urlaub in fast vollkommener Ruhe verbringen! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer schnell und freundlich, wir können das Häuschen nur empfehlen

Prachtig huisje, alles erop en eraan. Netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht aan de achterkant van het huisje is prachtig. Een mooi en rustig park in een leuk dorp.

Erholsame Auszeit
Der Austausch mit dem Gastgeber per Mail war einwandfrei und schnell, man erhält vorab nützliche Infos und Hilfen über die Wohnung (Elektronik, Einrichtung etc.) und Umgebung (Einkaufsmöglichkeit). Objekt war gemütlich und modern eingerichtet und - wie beschrieben- gut ausgestattet (Küche). Wir sind mit unserem Hund gereist und auch dsd war kein Problem. Ein Staubsauger war vorhanden, um zwischendurch die Hundehaare entfernen zu können. Innerhalb von 20 Fahrminuten waren einige schöne Städtchen zu erreichen, die Umgebung war ebenfalls sehr schön, vor allem für Spaziergang mit dem Hund. Alles in Allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen und auch gerne wiederkommen.

Wie zu Hause ankommen
Wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Alles vorhanden und sehr gemütlich. Eben wie zu Hause! Alles ist schnell erreichbar … Strand, Stadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir können diese kleine Oase nur empfehlen!!!!!

Ruhige und entspannte Tage in Nordholland
Wir haben die Zeit in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen sehr genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Lage lädt zum totalen herunterfahren ein. Wer sich nicht für Nordsee oder Ijselmeer entscheiden kann, liegt hier genau richtig. Eine halbe Stunde in die jeweilige Richtung und man ist da! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut! Die Abwicklung über FeWo-direkt völlig unproblematisch.
