"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel - the food is excellent, the property is wonderful, and there are lots of pools across the hotel- including an adult only one. The only downside is that the beach is not clean - there's lots and lots of seaweed all around which if cleaned up would make a big difference "

The bedroom facilities are outdated and deteriorating, with crumbling fixtures and old infrastructure, such as hairdryers, that have long since broken and been removed. The towels are old and fraying, adding to the sense of neglect. The bathrooms are in dire need of renovation; they are unacceptable for a hotel of this calibre. It seems the hotel owners have heavily invested in the adjacent luxury tower, leaving the original hotel neglected and in disrepair. The high ratings could be for the luxury tower next door, owned by the same group. That said, the beach is exceptional, truly one of the best."
