"Great hotel in many ways including location, rooms and services. The front desk staff were very nice and responsive, always willing to help. We stayed for 5 nights, the breakfast was very good, had variety of options. the restaurant and bar offered best food and drinks. We highly recommend this hotel."

"My second time staying at this property. Rooms are spacious, close to plenty if dining, shopping and tourists attractions. Roof top lounge, and in the summer it even has a pool over looking the Duomo. Staff here are helpful and friendly. Train right outside that takes you to the SMN train station and the airport. Hight recommend, especially if you have children."

"Great little spot outside the busy downtown area of Florence. Very spacious room with temperature controls and a nice walk in shower and what appeared to be a recently renovated bathroom. There was a strong smell of fresh paint when we arrived and a ladder in the room but no big deal. Opened the window to air it out and the rest of the stay was a blast. "
