"Hotel lovely but restaurant over rated. First nights meal was served cold, brought to the staffs attention but not even an apology, second night better but menu selection very sparse. Not sure how it managed a gourmet accolade "

Our luggage was stored for us and our room was ready when we returned later in the day. It was a large, comfortable room with everything we could need for a nice stay.
