"Staff were mostly helpful (except for their handling of a stolen item in the room). They need to separate the concierge activities from the reception to avoid long delays checking in / out. People were spending 15-20 minutes at reception asking fro advice on the loca area. This should be handled by the concierge to avoid long delays checking in and out (as I experienced too). "We just spent one night here so that we were super close to the airport for an early flight. They provide shuttle service for a small fee... even at 4:30 am which is fantastic. They will also shuttle you to the nearby restaurant which was delicious. The room and especially the bathroom was large and spacious which is unusal for Italy. The a/c in the room didn't seem to work but it was March and we just opened a window and it was fine. "
