"The hotel was a great stay, the weather wasn’t great in April but the hotel had an inside pool which we used quite a few times during our stay, staff across the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, the food was amazing and fresh. Location was very close to party areas, beach, bars and restaurants you can also catch the bus for €2 to palma central (only cash) or even the mall. "Quirky bathroom, a bit cozy for a family of 3, mattresses a little firm for me personally, room was clean. Biggest disappointment for a premium hotel was the terrible quality toilet paper. Toilet paper shouldn't be scrimped on, it creates a poor impression and is false economy. Pool and sunbathing rooftop area nice. Hotel is in a good central location."

"It was an ok stay. Nice view from the room. Easy access to transportation although we used mostly Ubers during our stay. There is a lovely strip about 4 minutes walk from the hotel that we didn’t discover till the night before we left so we spent the afternoon after checking out just walking along the beach. Was disappointed because we were assured we would be able to pay for late check out but they changed their tune the morning of which disrupted my plans so wasn’t a very happy girl on check...
