"It is an old 4 stars hotel... Need some renovations. Air conditioning didn't work properly, not enough soundproof, on the first night the hotel had organised a party next to the swimming pool & our room was on that side, we couldn't sleep until the music stopped at 2:30am !!! Breakfast was very complete, lots of choice, ok for the price (12€/person). Free on site big parking"

"Great week long stay, there’s multiple pools and plenty of sun beds available at any time during the day. Unfortunately we had rain a few days but we were able to utilise the spa which includes a heated indoor pool with sauna and steam room. Only booked for breakfast included so can’t comment on other meals but the food was good and convenient but still the typical breakfast buffet. "Very good value hotel that included breakfast and park access for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was good but a bit repetetive, and the room was great with good facilities but minor cosmetic damage to our bathroom and a lack of air con working in the room. "

Conveniently, there was free street parking nearby, along with an unmarked parking area just behind the hotel, which was also free. "Reception was very pleasant and welcoming. Very efficient, nice spacious room. Breakfast good and lady at reception sorted taxi out for us, which wasnt easy as we wanted a faxi big enough for 4 people with 4 travel golf bags. Cant praise for efficiency, pleasantness and very organised."

"The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and convenient. There is parking available a short walk from the hotel lobby. They do have lifts. Staff wasn't overly friendly. Customer service was just ok. We did not prebook spa services and were not able to get in for services while we were there. We were not able to decline maid service. They use a strong chemical air freshener in the hallways if you're respiratory sensitive."

"We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat. "
