"Very very bad experience. My booking was cancelled even though i have received confirmation from expedia and payment has been made. The staff claim that the cancellatiob is due to non payment and they are unwilling to contact expedia and we got to sort out the issues ourselves despite us showing evidence that payment has been made. "Great for small children"

"No spa, pool was empty, air conditioning didn’t work in our room so had to move. The bathroom flooded when the shower was used. Our door key didn’t work but we had to report it three times before it was fixed. Very tired and run down building eg. A cupboard in the restaurant area had a door held on with sellotape . The water dispenser wasn’t replaced in the restaurant area. But the staff were really helpful fixing the things they could fix and helping us with flight information. Across the...
