The staff were helpful when we asked them questions, but the site is large and quite complex to find your way around; more information provided at check-in would be good, or in the rooms. After I inquired about the town and a little of its history the man at the desk gave me the most wonderful run down about the Papal Palace and Italian history in general. "This is a perfect place for genuine Italian flare. The grounds of this villa are beautiful. The rooms are miniature villas and are right next to the restaurant. The restaurant is an elegant and romantic setting with doors swinging open to the garden area as well as outdoor seating. Most important is the excellent quality of the food! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish we could go back soon. This is a perfect spot for couples to enjoy as a first night after arrival at the Rome...
