"From our balcony (Room 22 on third floor) we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Vecht. A spacious room although there are some features that could do with maintenance (eg timber floor on balcony) and provision of more shelving."

"If it was just me staying here it would have been perfect. I love the location, Zwolle’s old town is an amazing place to stay. The room was large but the shower and sink area had no door, which presents some problems when you have other people there with you. The separate toilet although not uncommon in the Netherlands is a bit of a pain. It wasn’t the room in the photo, so we had different expectations, but this is our own fault. "I booked this for me and my son(16) for the weekend. When booking I entered my son's date of birth and Hotel.com allocated him as a child. When I arrived at the hotel I had to pay a surcharge as the hotel classed him as an adult. Hotel.com should review their child age policy as this left a sour note at the beginning of our trip.
