"Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. Hotel heating broken room very hot first day, but no heating there after for the week however towel rail was warm in en-suite. Floors dirty and towels very shabby. Breakfast hard work to obtain a nice coffee such as Cafe Late. After heavy snow hotel didn’t clear any snow from walk ways unlike all other hotels in area. No care for...
