"It's located on the waterfront of Lago D'Orta, and Isola San Guilio in an eye shot distance. Nice vista on the lake. The property is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. I fee like this area better than Lake Como in which is less touristy and more quiet and better for relaxation"

"Junior suite was amazing, large room with a huge bathtub! Separate toilet and shower too. Bed was large and comfortable. Room was clean in all areas too. "

The facility keeps a very high level and are at the top in the area. but considering the normal high quality of the Italian dining experience, this hotel consistently underperform unfortunately. I still would recommend staying here since there are several really nice alternatives outside the hotel."

"I booked suite with balcony, one king size and a twin size bed, they gave me a simple king room. After insisting I got a king bed and 2 twins in one room, king being in the same room in the loft, so not the suite I was expecting. No balcony. I’m not sure they actually had the room I booked… Breakfast was included but breakfast buffet was nearly empty at 915am despite the hotel being mostly empty.
