"The garage is great especially on a snowy winter day. but the check in process was a big issue. We came around 7pm, which is within the timeline specified on Expedia. however, no one was there.. we tried to call and message, no response for 30mins. It was a snowy day and its dark and we haven't eaten. So we went to the only restaurant open in town to grab a bite while contacting Expedia for a solution. Expedia finally get in touch with the owner, however, we were demanded to go back to check...

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was spotless and had everything you would need. Beautiful walk around lake area. Felt very safe. Lots of near by villages to explore. We took an unexpected trip to Domodossola which was well worth the 45 minute drive to see the foothills of the alps along the drive and the old historic city which had amazing charm."

"We had such a gorgeous time there and it seemed like such a warm family run place. Trying to be objective, the stairs in our apartment was treacherous and the shower was literally the smallest I’ve ever been in. But it was lovely, it’s hard to explain! I felt I could ask the team for anything and they would try to help. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. "

"Monolocale pulito e adeguato per un soggiorno di una settimana per due persone , vicino ad un supermercato ben fornito e ad un ristorante-pizzeria-gelateria ( facente parte dello stesso gruppo) con personale molto gentile ed efficiente e in cui si possono gustare ottime pizze e gelati , per non parlare delle buonissime torte preparate dallo chef ! Quindi tutto molto comodo , eccetto il piccolo parcheggio sempre occupato ma sicuramente perché abbiamo soggiornato la settimana di ferragosto"

"Had a good two week holiday - explored the surrounding area but also had a very relaxing time in the camping village. Benefited from some facilities (e.g. takeaway) that the camping village offers. Staff in the camping village are helpful, pleasant, with good command of English. A large supermarket within 100 meters from the entrance gate is also a huge bonus for self catering holiday. "Une chouette semaine au calme en montagne. Nous aimons les lieux un peu atypique et loin de la foule. Ayant un métier entouré de personnes et de demandes constantes, j aime me retrouver dans des petits déserts humains. Ce petit chalet est situé en montagne au dessus de Biella en Italie. Pour y accéder, il faut une voiture SUV ou 4/4. La route qui mène à la maison est non goudronnée et cela prends 10 minutes pour arriver. Bien faite les courses avant car le premier supermarché est à Biela....
