"Really big hotel very popular with Japanese people. The best thing is the view of Sakurajima. Really amazing. Onsen is very strict with tattoos also with foreigners. Breakfast was huge but a bit messy. Room was ok. Good for a 2 night stay. "

"Well located in an area with many shops and restaurants. Located next to a tram line - it's not located at the Shinkansen station - you will likely need to take a taxi if you have luggage. Otherwise the tram can take you between the station and hotel. You can also walk to the ferry terminal for Sakurajima (~20min walk). We booked a room specifically as it was a Sakurajima view room. "Very good view against the Sakurajima island. Exceptional location. Parking fee is 1000 yen per night and it has a pretty big parking lot near the Lawson if the covered parking lot is full. Very good breakfast for about $27 two adults and two kids."
