"Beautiful hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Only downside is how long the wait for an elevator is. We ended up having to walk down 13+ flights of stairs with our luggage and still beat the elevator down. The stairwell was well lit and clean though! "

"Great stay, it is an older building and it can be a bit noisy. But it never impeded sleep, just something to be aware of. Would recommend!"

"The hotel was very beautifully decorated for Christmas. The location was perfect for us, and the Flint restaurant had a delicious brunch. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The only minor inconvenience was not being able to check-in early or even on time. We waited quite a while, even waiting past the 3pm check-in time. All-in-all, it was very nice, and we would stay here again."
