"This has been hands down my favorite hotel I've stayed in. The history of this hotel and grounds is varied and interesting. The rooms were beautifully appointed. The beds were plush with firm and soft pillows to choose from. The staff is impeccable. Their attentiveness to our family during our stay made our stay memorable in the best way. The gastronomy options are excellent as is the wine and spirits selection. "

"The setting was beautiful. Just outside the national park. The check-in procedure was fine but we had no idea where to go. There are no signs for “The Reserve.” The apartment was pleasant but it needed a good deep cleaning. There was all kinds of stuff on the floor, long hairs in the shower floors and pube hairs on the wall of the shower. The lack of air conditioning was fine. We opened the windows and it was cool. "The Hotel was very nicely decorated outside & in the reception area for Christmas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to call reception to have the heating switched out as the room was a little cold when we first checked it but that was quickly resolved. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Killarney area. "
